The first 2 photographs show the preparation rifle stock, and barreled action of Tikka M 550 rifle.

Rifle stock and barreled action of Tikka M 550 prepared for glass bedding compound.

 Pillar through rifle stock, clay is plugging holes and cavities, and magazine port of action, where bedding compound is not to flow.

Barreled action and rifle stock fully prepaired for glass bedding. Next is putting release agent on all steel parts. Photo on left shows action already seated in stock with bedding compound. 

 After 24 hours of hardening of bedding compound the barreled action is taken out of rifle stock. Looks fine.

 Here, stock bedding surface on Tikka M 550 seen from above. Magazine on this rifle is more on the left side in walnut stock.  

 Rifle ready for assembly and testing. This is an accurate rifle now.
